Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
